Maddie's New Do

For the last 3 years we have given Maddie (our golden retriever)a "summer" cut. She gets so hot with all that hair in the spring/summer months. So this helps-to a degree. Poor Andrew was so confused when Jeff brought her home on Monday. He was totally convinced this was NOT his dog. He literally wanted nothing to do with her at first. Finally by that evening he was better about it all, and could actually tolerate being in the same room as her. By the next morning he was obsessed with touching her and loved on her as always.

Half way there...20 weeks pregnant

I'm finally at the half way point of this pregnancy. And I am happy to report the baby is healthy and has passed all tests (both blood work and u/s) to date. And yes...it is still a BOY!!! I am feeling great!! I still forget I'm pregnant sometimes. Except for the small watermelon protruding from my midsection, I feel the same. I've only gained about 6 pounds. I attribute that to running around after the boys, not due to the fact I'm consciously eating better. All in all, everything is going great. Hope that trend continues.

Still a BOY!!

Spring is officially here!!

We have had some beautiful spring days so far...however, as I say that...today is cooler and raining. But below are pics from some of the good days. We are so excited for the warmer weather and sunny days. The boys could play outside forever! Can't wait for summer :)

Daddys Little Helpers

This Sunday Jeff spent the whole day touching up trim and repainting the walls in our sunroom-which we currently use as the boys playroom. We took some cute pics and mpegs of the boys "helping". They take it so seriously and love to try and help...especially if there are tools involved.

I had the privilege of finding out a little early this pregnancy that we are having a.....BOY!!! I have a very generous friend who happens to do ultrasound as a profession, and she brought me in and scanned me at about 15.5 weeks. The boys are so excited to be adding to their gang. I'm certainly out numbered now! But we couldn't be more excited!! Jeff has his foursome in golf, and I'll be begging to tag along. Or I'll be shopping...probably the later. Every single child is such a blessing from God and we just pray he's healthy and everything continues to go well.
